ERE was founded in 1969 by a group of Amateurs Radio to answer to the amateur and civil radio market, quickly growing in these years. We remember with pleasure the romantic period in which, among other products, we realized the first mobile/base VHF AM/FM Transceiver in continuous tuning (MOBIL 5, 1971) an the first European HF SSB base/mobile transceiver (HF 200, 1978) After wards our company extend its activity in the production of devices and antennas for broadcasting FM Radios and in the civil and industrial remote controlled systems. In the beginning of ‘80s we develop a range of systems for localisation and tracking of vehicles and boats based, initially, on Transit satellites and, subsequently on GPS system. In the ‘90s the increasing market of LPD radio modules in the UHF ISM Bands stimulate our production of high quality devices, quartz controlled and/or synthesized, for commercial and industrial applications. These products, mounted in SMT technology, are particularly reliable in all applications needing extreme and severe working conditions, like extremely wide temperature range and the presence of vibrations, where the stability of parameters is the basic requirements. In the recent years we have designed and introduced a large choice of new devices as the UHF LPD Radiomodems, the SRD UHFVHF Radiomodems and , an High Power UHF/VHF Radiomodem for WAN networks and a series of UHF or VHF transmitters and receivers. All these devices are completely configurable via PC with a free dedicated software,and may be used as stand alone device or as RF component to be integrated in various applications.
